European Regions Are Acting On Climate Change

At the 1st European Regions Energy Day in Brussels, Klaus Klipp, Secretary General of the Assembly of European Regions, spoke to Blogactiv. He explained the role that European Regions are already having in changing to a lower emissions environment to help combat climate change.
