At the 25th anniversary assembly of the Assembly of European Regions, Blogactiv spoke to Klaus Klipp. Mr Klipp is Secretary General of the Assembly. He explained some of the organisation’s background and the results of recent reports discussing subsidiarity and political decentralisation.

We discussed the actions being taken by her own region, and European regions in general, to combat climate change. This interview is conducted in French with an English translation below.
