Yannick Glemarec, UNDP-GEF Executive Coordinator and Director of Environmental finance spoke to Blogactiv at a Side Event of the 2010 World Energy Congress in Montreal. The side event promoted the formation of the group R20 which is currently being promoted by California Governor Arnold Schwarzenneger. Mr Glemarec explained the work being done by UNDP to further understand the issue of climate change financing as it relates to energy policy and promote the correct course of action to countries and regions around the world.
